Gabi Acro hope to inspire people to live your fullest truth and enjoy each moment. No matter what the moment is giving her she aspire to be fully present. She loves Acro because it’s is similar to a fast, dynamic, intense experience of life. It’s communication, relationships, fear, trust, surrender, acceptance. It has truly changed her world!

She creates a positive vibrant learning environment where her students get to build together, create nourishing teamwork and shared growth.

She is grateful to have been on the Acro community building path for over 15 years. Since she was 17 she started sharing Acro around the world. She has built The AcroYoga Stockholm community since 2009 with Tobias Strollo and she is travelling and teaching all over the world. She is running annual festivals and trainings such as The Acro Way Teacher Training, Summerdream Fest (Italy), Acro Mallorca Fest, TantrAcro and AcroYoga Midsummer Festival (Sweden).

Jacob Brown got into gymnastics when he was sixteen and later a friend introduced him to partner acrobatics. By 2012 he had practically dedicated his life to movement arts. He loved how all acrobatics moves are like puzzles which you work out with your friends. In 2014 he became a certified Acro Revolution teacher. Since then he has taught classes, workshops, festivals, you name it, all over the world. He runs a website where you can quickly look up Acro moves called jacobbrownacro.com. Last year he joined forces with Alexandra Mohr and Gabi Acro to create The Acro Way Teacher Training.

Alexandra Mohr loves to share the joy of Acro by teaching at festivals, workshops and retreats all over the world. She is known for her infectious energy, passion and enthusiasm for Acro!

She is endlessly inspired by the power of positive touch, play and community to create space for transformation of mind, body, and spirit! Through her Acro journey Alex has learned skills that allow her to navigate life and relationships with more presence, grace and ease. These include: Self-trust and self-responsibility, attuning with other nervous systems and co-creating flow states, clearly communicating needs and boundaries, making adjustments, and asking for support!

Alex creates a safe container for students to explore, refine, and expand their Acro practice. She embodies and encourages full presence, clear communication, intentional collaboration and deep understanding of the sacred responsibility of spotting!
